EDUCATE THE SWAG: 2018 New Year’s Eve Special Edition Letter

​Dear Educate The SWAG Community, Readers, and Supporters:
 
Happy New Year’s Eve (And Happy New Year for my International Supporters)!

I wanted to put this last minute letter together for all of the people who have supported Educate The SWAG since its beginning earlier this year.

It has been a short period of time but I have received some wonderful feedback and encouragement along the way. Readership has increased substantially over the past few months.

This gives me reason to believe that 2019 will be even more amazing! This also shows me that there is an audience out there that needs to hear my message and that believes like I do that more people should strive to obtain higher education degrees.

Secondarily, you all may not think much of it, but comments on articles and engaging in dialogue about your specific experiences mean the world to me as an up and coming blog.

What to Look Forward to in 2019

2019 should bring about some exciting new content that continues to engage aspiring scholars and that brings all of you closer to the institutions that serve you.

Here are a few things to look forward to:

• More collaboration pieces with exclusive content to put you ahead of the game
• Access into the mindsets of academic gatekeepers to allow you to strengthen you applications
• MORE GOOD VIBES!!! Many of you enjoyed the few posts that we had. There will be more content to relax your nerves and to de-stress from the rigors of academia
• More exclusive contact with me! I’m hitting the road and scheduling more opportunities to share with you all in person. If you want me to visit your school or group, then be sure to lock in a date early before my calendar slots are all gone!

That’s it! I am super excited about the community that we have built in 2018 and this gives me confidence in the progress that we will make in 2019. Continue to tune in to new content.
